My girlfriend applied for an executive assistant role for a Christian academy, who then followed up her LinkedIn application with an email saying that the post/requirements were incomplete on LinkedIn and sent their full requirements as an attached document. This is discriminatory, right? Christian school or not? Seems mad unethical, maybe even illegal to be this invasive into employees lives.
