Been struggling especially while getting pregnant. Boss wrote me up in July. Gave me a “mentor” and now I was given a final warning saying I’m taking away resources from the team by having a “mentor” at my tenure (which is what they have to do when you’re written up) and my mentor complained I asked too many questions (which I did to be safe)
What can I realistically do about unemployment? I don’t see anything improving because even after showing my metrics improve, my boss just keeps nitpicking anything. I can’t be perfect. Nobody at my job is.
