In response to some terrible management decisions, my coworkers and I have been leaving negative, but honest, reviews of what its like to work here. Recently it came to our attention that Glassdoor removed ALL of these reviews, saying they ‘violated’ their terms of service. We were professional in our wording, didn’t lie or over exaggerated, and when we inquired about the specifics of these removals they ghosted us with no response.
Since Glassdoor caters to companies instead of employees, I’m wondering if there is a better place to leave these reviews? I want to hurt the company’s hiring pool since they are treating us like crap, and just generally warn people that they will be abused by this employer. What is the best way to do that?
