so I “caught” (saw through his window as I walked by his office) my GM reading private messages between two employees, not me luckily bc I have trashed this company to others. Well, maybe he has at this point I do not really care i’m already severely under paid.
So my question is, is this normal? It seems like a HUGE violation of not only HR, but personal privacy as well. Do you know if your company does this as well? I’m sure there is no law against it because I am in Nevada but like isn’t that just morally wrong?
