What circumstance/situation would you go above and beyond for your job / employer / income? For me the reasoning is simple. If the income doesn't go above and beyond for me, I will not go above and beyond for the income. Barely surviving, paycheck to paycheck isn't helping anyone when an employer tries to assign more work to an already burdened situation. When will these employers learn you get what you pay for.
