Made me so discouraged starting crying when I got in my car that that’s how they feel about me .
I’m one of the best and long term workers there I earned that position. Lately I’ve been have problems with this coworker who has been here 2 years. She’s constantly leaving stuff for me she’s had time to do and done things that could’ve waited. She’s also been giving me attitude and snobby when I try to address what to prioritize
I’m a senior tech so not a boss but someone who knows the routine. I have voiced my concerns to my bosses a few times before how she speaks to me
And today I got called into the office and hit with “are you happy in your role? You seem to complain a lot. You can go back to being a normal tech?”
I turned it down because my complaints are valid and I’m good at my job only have issues with one person. It was so devastating to hear. They suggested I work on delegating more (to the person who does what she wants)
I’m sad and embarrassed to show my face at work tomorrow after knowing that’s how they feel about me ️
Any advice?
