Yesterday was my first day back since Friday. Upon entering I'm told I'm officially the last original staff out of 20 staff before the cataclysmic 4 month long management change. Later at closing time as I hand off a client to their family, the management tells the customer that no one but me is familiar with said client because everyone else left. They're actively working to get new people in. But it's become a toxic job and no one wants the risk involved for 14.20/hr. My job involves dogs and I typically have about 20 dogs in my care alone. I'm trying to find a new job before I leave this one. But it's hard since most of my certifications have expired. I don't want to be here either!
