Got changed from salary to hourly and now I make $0.18 less a check. Should I raise this concern?

Before at my position I was making $865.38 a week on salary. The catch was my average hours per week had to stay between 38 and 42 hours a week. So as long as it didn't hurt my average too bad I could miss a day for a funeral and not have to make up any extra days unless I'm behind on my tasks that I wouldn't finish in the rest of the week. Well my boss read a new law that certain positions cannot be salaried anymore and I don't fit the criteria so they averages my hourly rate at 40. But because of rounding now I only make $865.20 if I work 40 hours. I can work some OT but this is for a 40 a week argument. I'm making less in 40 hours and lost my benefit of having flexibility for my multiple doctors appointments. So instead…

So instead of having a week with a lot of appointments and letting it hurt my average hours per week I now I have to stay late come in early and making even work on the weekend to make up for any lost time if I want to be at the minimum of 40 hours.
