Got docked for being on LOA

So this happened back in 2013… I was on medical leave of absence for two weeks due to needing a life saving surgery. The day after the surgery, on my way home (significant other was driving, I'm dopped out of my mind on pain killers) I get a call from my manager. Apparently someone had been tinkering with my work earlier that day and crashed an entire site that fellow employees needed for everyday customer assistance. I walked the manager through how to roll back the changes and restore everything to the working state I had left it in. I didn't think much about it, I was glad to help, and quite frankly I didn't want them to mess it up even more trying to fix it on their own. Well, 6 months or so later I get my yearly review which affects my raise and bonus… I was marked…

I was marked down for being on LOA in general and for not being available on LOA to assist with everyday work. Smaller raise, less bonus.

Almost 10 years later and I'm still bitter.
