I requested the entire day off 2 weeks in advance just like I'm supposed to but when they made the schedule for this week I saw they had me working that day. I asked her why and she said it was just a short shift so it was fine. I told her I couldn't work that day and she said it was my responsibility to find someone to cover my shift. And if I didn't show up it would be a write up. $14.50 is not enough istg
