Now they have the audacity to ask me to switch shifts to help them out once again.. ya, not happening. All because they are tired of paying OT because we are short staffed. Sounds like a them problem, I am not losing my shift premium on top of any OT I feel like picking up. One of the few times I can actually thank my union contract.
