Got written up for *checks notes* talking to a friend

Some context: I work security for a casino. Monday and Tuesday the slowest days I work (we've gotten down to 50 people inside before so it can get slow). Because of how slow it is, Survelliance will tail us and run to our managers if we do ANYTHING they don't like. Talking to people/other coworkers is the biggest thing. Survelliance will actually time us when we talk to anyone so they aren't paying attention to their radios when people actually need them. ​ Around 9pm, I started talking to a friend while she was at a podium. It was for ten minutes. I know this cause my manager told me survelliance said so. Manager said it was “unacceptable” and asked if there was anything wrong with me. This isn't even the worst thing that this manager has done. She's tried to implement rules that when third shift comes in we can't leave the floor until our clock out time which would severely overstaff the floor. I got a verbal warning two weeks ago (september 27) for a call out that happened end of July. This job is a joke and I'm tired.
