Today was the last day I put up with the slave wages, horrendous work conditions (2 toilets for a facility of 44 employees just isn't cutting it),management that fires coworkers and expects me to do 3 jobs while only paying me to do 1 job.
Honestly, I've been a quiet quitter for 2 years not leaving my job. It doesn't get through to who it counts. Hell, they still say I'm the best employee they've hired in several years. I knew the field previously before I got hired and I needed no training.
Well I just turned in a form that stops the company from taking Taxes out of my paycheck! Is it a bad idea? Absolutely!
