Had an employee call and tell me that they couldn’t work at 4pm because their cat was jumping on the bed all night. When I asked do they have a cage or crate they can put the cat in so they can rest, I was told the cat would wine in the crate. Is this acceptable behavior to this group, do you think this person should keep their job?
