Title pretty much sums it up, but I have 10+ years experience in quality, knew about 75% of the job in question and they chose to hire a 20 something year old off the streets. That's cool, they can hire whoever they want, but why give me an interview (which was last week) and then last night, I find out the position was filled when the new hire showed up.. Didn't even have the courtesy to send an email or text. Fuck pepsico
