Is this normal? Had an interview at a casino, pays min wage but claims good tips. I was told to fill an application first and I was waiting for the person to interview me. It wasn't the person from the email but a manager who went ahead and explained me everything. Said once I get hired I will have to go to the police department for a background check and pay $120 out of my pocket that they don't pay back. Is that normal? Was never asked for that.
