Hard Workers Will Always Be Hardworking. That’s Why We’re Overworked.

I just had this thought today. For those of us that actually take pride in whatever crappy job we’re given it’s always going to have the potential of leading to being overworked. If our coworkers worked as hard as we did then work would be more balanced. But as long as our hard work leaves room for slackers, it’s us that will pay the price again to make up for the slacker. Even if they’re fired or quit we will still be there. If it’s in our nature and values to be productive and grind day to day, we will always be in high demand but often to the point of being overworked. So if you’re that person I would say keep your days off. Don’t answer calls when you’re off work. Take full advantage of vacation. No favors. It’s probably best to keep distance from ppl so that you…
