Howdy Everybody, I just learned that my 3.5% raise from last year (2022) was prorated as I was only there for 9 months. So instead of an actual raise of 3.5% x my salary I got 2.62%. I was not made aware of this, and it has been effect for 10 months now. Anything I can do?
