I got a job during the first few chaotic months of COVID. I didn't bother to negotiate much at that time because I had just gone through six rounds of interview and my new manager was actually let go before I even completed the signing process.
There were simply too many unknowns and lots of organizations were letting people go left and right while they struggle to figure out how to keep functioning during the lock down.
I just needed a job at the time and didn't bother rocking the boat too much.
Anyhow now that things are sort of getting back to normal I am exploring my options for getting more vacation days but not sure how to approach this or if its even possible at this late stage.
Can anyone offer some guidance?
