My mental health has taken a bit hit in the last few weeks. My wife is still on maternity leave, and we have a little son. We have a lot of fixed costs such as rent and childcare coming up (once my wife starts work again). I am seriously thinking about quitting my current job as I have exhausted all the other options to improve my working conditions. Just wondering if someone else has taken such a decision for mental health reasons and if so, would love to hear your story about how it played out (I’m interested in hearing both positive and negative stories).
