I had the first ever employee quit today and he wrote “r/antiwork” on the forms he was supposed to fill out. I thought I was being generous as I start with a mid $20's starting wage that turns into a salaried $5200 a month not including benefits. I give a month of vacation time (some employees have spouses in the military) and every employee I've hired still works here.
My question is what is antiwork and should I change anything.
BTW, employees get salary after they learn the routes (recycling service) since most are done in 6-7 hours rather then 8.
