What was the nature of the complaint? Was it worth it?
I’m certain I have grounds for this at my work. It’s a local franchise who offered me the GM role and I turned it down. The person they did hire has made my life a living hell and knows full well she can’t assert her dominance to fire me so she cut my hours, pay and title to get me to quit. It’s essentially a small business that is losing money so there’s no financial incentive to be gained from pursuing legal action. Not to mention I don’t have the money. Has anyone been in this situation?
