Having to work 3 holidays between Thanksgiving and New Years

That’s 3/5 holidays, in other words, 60% of holidays. I don’t even understand how this is allowed. The company policy when I was hired is that you have to work 3 holidays a year. I’ve worked 4, and im still required to sign up for these 3 holidays. When I confronted my manager, he said it was a “change in terms of employment” with my store, and that the 3 holidays a year was a rule of the previous manager (we had a change in management.) I don’t understand how they can change the terms of employment without notifying, and tell me to “suck it up” when I’m going to be working every holiday except for thanksgiving this year. The best part is, there’s some coworkers who will have worked none of them- but when you bring this up to management they get even more pissed because of the “comparison game”.
