Never worked for either of them but I have an offer from att and spectrum doing customer care roles. I wanted to originally work for either company because they offer the network engineering position I want but they seem to only hire those positions from within and I think that's my only way.
If you worked for either of them what were your views and perspective about working for those companies and how fast could you transition between positions? Also salaries are about the same but spectrum offers fuel reimbursement but att is hourly no fuel reimbursement
