HELP GUYS

Hi guys, I really need your help. I have applied for a job a couple of days ago and as soon as I finished my interview, they immediately offered me a full-time job. Ofcourse I got overwhelmed and said I am interested. They asked me to start the onboarding and they kept on telling me to finish it ASAP. They haven’t even sent me the job offer letter yet. I had to ask for it. When I received the job offer, the job offer’s PTO says that I can accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours of work I do. So that’s only 7 days of PTO in a year. I have read their 2023 Employee Manual and the PTO for full-time employees are 1 hour accrued for every 15 hours of work. I have read their 2023 Employee Manual and the PTO for full-time employees are 1 hour accrued for every 15 hours of work. On top of that, their bereavement leave and sick leave also comes from the accrued PTO which I think is so absurd. The schedule is 8 am to 5 pm with an hour break too. I haven’t signed the job offer yet. The job offer did not even include the full details like my responsibilities or requirements. It only says the benefits.

I have mixed emotions about this. What can you guys say about this? Thank you so much in advanced!
