I managed to not participate in the work world for a long time, by living alternatively. But now, I am forced to join the 'game' for financial reasons. So I'm working for myself and my plan in the future is to make it bigger, make it a social enterprise and have employees and also probably work with my husband on his bar.
So I am already listing and collecting nice things I can offer to workers. Now I want the list of all annoying, stupid, useless rules and things at work to avoid. Like the stupid wasting time of workers by coming there when there isn't much to do or not allowing workers to play on their phones when there is nothing else to do, dimwitted interview questions that generate robotic responses. I would love it if you gave me things that annoyed you at the workplace and made no sense.
