I don’t know where else to post this. I have an opportunity with a pharmaceutical sales company.
On the job description they asked for statistics of sales accomplishments. I currently have four years of sales under my belt, but the company I’m currently working for is a start up and they have not done any yearly reviews or calculated any kind of statistics on my performance.
I made up some sales numbers and now they wanna call me in for an interview and are asking for proven records of success. Does anyone have any experience or an example of what a yearly and sales review would look like? I will literally pay someone to help me with this or to mentor me on what to do next.
I am a great sales person and do not want to miss out on this opportunity just because I don’t have statistics of my performance
