Here’s how I’ve played psychological games to get ahead at my jobs

I used to go to work, be all nervous and mess things up, ask questions and basically came off as clueless and like I wouldn’t work out. The moment I just chilled, came in and said absolutely nothing while being shown what to do, just did my best to emulate exactly what I see others doing (and do it better), and never talked trash on anyone, I started getting along with people and getting promotions. Hasn’t let me down, I just stop being my normal self and just approach it like I’m already smart enough for the job. I stopped talking when on the job for the first month, and just worked and listened, and watched. It’s a game changer and makes it look like I’m comprehending and picking things up quickly.
