Here’s what I noticed…

When you have previous experience and the job boards have what they are looking for. And the starting pay is . I’m saying to myself “how are you all still in business?” Plus have the nerve to post requirements but your wages are not as useful. In this economy people are struggling and I mean rock in a hard place struggling. 2 jobs to 3 jobs to no jobs to collecting unemployment in the most strenuous way possible (even though majority of us earned it for working with these “right to work states.”) Busting our asses for this kind of treatment. No sense of respect or dignity. Even if we have to swallow our pride in certain areas of the job market. the job market. It’s come my attention that we are profiting companies but companies are really cheap with its employees.

Each state could raise the minimum wage. Similar to what California did. But some people (people who come from money or who knew someone to get em’ in) wouldn’t want that to happen. Now I get start up companies are different. Not enough capital and so forth so what I am saying doesn’t account to you who are “starting entrepreneurs?”

In all honesty. The amount of money generated over the years with big conglomerate companies. And expensive living. People shouldn’t have to work themselves into a casket. Especially if they can’t live to enjoy it. “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”

Well here’s my saying. Brand new for the extension of that one.

“Companies that sweep the legs up under me. Creates no productivity for the greens. Which means you make a worker less interested in keeping you around.”
