my work has made it clear they don’t want me. for context- i’m disabled and have tourette’s syndrome and they did not like that and originally put me on a 1 week involuntary “break”. i begged for shifts but they used my casual employment to make me go a week without work. before, i brought up my concerns to one of the owners who had made it clear he did not understand so myself and a manager (who left) tried to educate him 3 times. obviously he nor the other owner didn’t listen. after that i started getting 1-2 shifts a week when i used to get 3/4/5 shifts a week. big change. so i already had limited funds before not getting any shifts at all. didn’t want to accuse them of being ableist so i kept quiet. well now i’m in my second week no shifts and they started preparing people to be able to pick up other shifts to make it less likely for me to come in. which was never done before. so i have thankfully found a new job and wonder how i should communicate my leaving to the main manager since she essentially quiet fired me. sorry for bad formatting i’m mobile.
