I dont understand, every company is raising their fees and prices to “combat” the inflation but are they actually raising the workers payroll as well?
Nope…More and more companies even want to pay less since they “cannot afford to pay more”.
I am on a job search at the moment and companies bearly want to pay the fraction of the average salary of my position.
I even often hear “we cannot go that high”. Im not even asking for a fantasy salary just an average. So the question is if they are rising the fees how come the average workers salary still stays the same?
The funny part is that the managers still make bonuses even with inflation going on…
