What to say at “stay interviews” when you don’t want to stay?

My manager decided to start having monthly https://www.bamboohr.com/resources/hr-glossary/stay-interviews with every member of the team. The unsaid reason is because they found out that I am interviewing for other jobs on the side. While I do give them credit for genuinely seeming to try and think it’s a good idea to have stay interviews in general. My problem is I just… don’t want to stay no matter what. And it’s getting really hard for me to pretend otherwise. Most of the reasons why I want to quit is ultimately personal chemistry. If you don’t get along then you don’t get along. While changing jobs in the middle of a recession + war hasn’t been easy for me, I still think it’s easier to get two people to change their personality just to get along in the office. Should I just pretend to go along with the plan? What do I even…

Should I just pretend to go along with the plan? What do I even say? I tried to sit down and list some talking points but I’m drawing blank. I just can’t see this work relationship working out.
