Home working for disabled people in the UK?

So my partner and I were made redundant in November, as our entire department was moved to Poland. We were hoping that we could find another job before the redundancy pay runs out. However, we are both disabled (me more so) and can't make it into the office on a daily basis. We hoped that, because of the pandemic, WFH would be more prevalent and we wouldn't be at a disadvantage. This has not been the case. Because of Tory meddling, I don't qualify for PIP, and office working had me hospitalised before the pandemic hit – so this isn't about being lazy and “yeah but you did it before the pandemic”. This leads to my question; We can't be the only disabled workers in the UK, so there has to be places that would support us getting back into employment? Or places that promote majority WFH? Does anyone have…
