Long story short, I was reprimanded for some concerns and not fired 3 days ago. Two days later I get pulled into another conversation with my boss who tells me condescendingly that I have the right to leave my job and I should think about if this is the right place for me. I told him I’m fully aware of my rights as an at-will employee and his rights to terminate me if he wants or has cause. He did not fire me. I reminded him that I continue to stay at this job for very strong reasons related to my values and my career goals. Does this qualify as a workplace hostility issue and if so, what are my options?
