I just need to rant. Since the beginning of this year (in the US, shocker):
My rent has gone up 10%.
My gas has gone up 60%.
My car insurance has gone up 18%.
Cost of daycare has gone up 22%.
Interest rates for mortgages stand at 7.5-8%.
My pay went up by 3%.
How the fuck are people supposed to live like this? I hate it here but it’s not feasible or realistic to move.
