How bad is it to quit without notice when mental health is involved?

How wrong is it to quit without notice when your mental health is involved? Hey everyone, I'm a young guy from abroad that came to New Zealand on a Working Holiday wanting to have a good time. Unfortunately, during my job search I ended up landing on a pretty horrible place. Well, not the place but my boss and manager are really horrible people. I work at a bakery and my manager is just so aggressive with everyone. She's a very nervous person and puts a lot of pressure on everyone, even when we are doing our best.

She's also constantly telling off everyone and speaking bad things behind our backs (she complains out loud next to me about others and, of course, she does the same about me with others). She also greets customers sweetly then calls them stupid behind their backs.

I've been told off for things I was not explained, been told off for not making coffee “quick enough” when I was at my limit (and people hadn't been waiting long at all, nobody was annoyed except my manager).

And many other things.

I already put my 4 weeks notice but to be honest, I'm really powering through and I'm really suffering a lot from them. I can't escape because they are there everyday. And today I had an awful situation once again.

I'm really annoyed and angry and suffer through every shift, and I really cannot take it anymore and I think they are not worth my time.

Is it too bad or will I get in serious trouble if I just don't show up my next shift and from now on?
