How can I pay for a family if I can’t even pay for myself

23 M from west UK I have a house which I bought (instead of renting) got a high paid job for my area as a IT Dev (just under £30k). Which I'm starting to realise really isn't much, just over a year into owning my house I think I save under £100 a month, £200 on a good month. This “good month” is me skipping breakfast, eating cheap noodles and making some basic dinner every day and not leaving to go out or do anything except walk around. Which is then usually spent on maintenance, such as a year without a working boiler which I still need to fix but that's a couple thousand… I've got a serious gf and we've talked about having a family, I want to be able to support her and potential kids, but I just don't know how it's possible financially, best wage I could…

I've got a serious gf and we've talked about having a family, I want to be able to support her and potential kids, but I just don't know how it's possible financially, best wage I could get is £32k after a few more years in my current job, but I'd have to move far away from family and friends to get anything more.
My dad's on just a bit higher than me and supported 2 kids and my mum 20 years ago…

I've just lost all motivation for work as it's all I'm doing, I can take time off work but why would I? Just to sit in my house and not afford to drive somewhere or go on holidays or anything at all…

My average wage for a basic job for the area is like £16k so I don't even know how people survive on that. All my friends still live at home because they can't afford a house, and rent is a money pit, so they're stuck. It sounds impressive that I managed to get a house but even that I'm feeling maybe I rushed into…im just lost atm
