How can I tell my manager i dont want to work a 5th 12 hour shift tomorrow?

I just started this job 4 weeks ago. My dad works here and he got me a position assigning tools to workers. I am currently doing tons of house renovations for my mom at the house im staying in. My house has been a complete mess for over a month now and I just want to finish cleaning and putting it back together. Today is my fourth 12 hour shift and I was extremely happy and looking forward to not having to do another 12 hour shift for 3 days. Now my coworker is asking If I can do another tomorrow. I literally want to kill myself. Like I am contemplating going after work and finding some way to do it.
