How do I ask my employer for PTO when it’s not provided?

My employer doesn’t offer PTO until after the first year of employment. Then, they check if you’ve worked an average of 30hrs/week the first year and if you have, you get THAT average in PTO. If you didn’t work an average of that, then you’re just SOL. Here’s the thing…I’ve told my employer from the start that I want 40hrs/week. My first client in the 1st year was pretty much my only one. They didn’t offer me any more clients to GET the hours I wanted. It’s like they purposely scammed me out of getting PTO. I’m fed up that whenever I want to go on vacation those days will be unpaid and my check will be extremely shorted. This is just a gist of the shitty, cheap “benefits” the company provides. We don’t get bonuses, holiday gifts…nothing. I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve not received one cash…

We don’t get bonuses, holiday gifts…nothing. I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve not received one cash incentive. Meanwhile my boss is going on at least 3 trips a year out of the country. My fiancé just started with a new company recently and hearing all the amazing benefits he gets ALREADY really fucking makes me hate my job to be honest. How do I go about telling my employer that I need him to throw me a bone or I’m going to have to leave? Thanks in advance!
