He keeps complaining about things like the emergency exit being locked and/or blocked at all times, finding rats constantly, and that one time a customer's hand got sliced open from the entrance door somehow. I constantly ask him to report all this to OSHA, but he refuses and says they wouldn't do anything. All he's done is tell higher ups about it who have done nothing.
