I work in a warehouse for plumbing supplies and nearly everything me or my coworkers do, he has to tell us we’re doing it wrong and to do it a different way than we were trained. We have an electric cart (motrec) that we use to bring orders where they need to go around the warehouse and now, after we’re done with packing orders, he hides the key so we can’t use it. He analyses when I take my breaks down to the minute and if I’m even 1 minute late from coming back from break, he pulls me aside and asks me why I took longer. He used to be so chill and laid back and I enjoyed working for him (has never happened before). Now, he needs to know our every step and It’s driving me insane. Slowly but surely he’s getting rid of useful tools that we need to work and no one knows why, it’s never been an issue.
I’m currently looking for other jobs, but I found nothing yet. I just need to deal with him for maybe another 2 weeks-1 month.
