I've been a cnc machinist for almost 11 years. I'm 28 and I've been doing machining since high-school.
I used to love what I do. But the longer I'm in this field the more I realize there is no respect past the interview. I'm tired of it. I wake up at 4am everyday. And end up standing around most of my day ,this company offers no training. And the manager who has been here about 5 months(new hire) the only machine this man has worked on is a car..
I know I have potential. I hate that I can't do anything about it just because an idiot is above me.
