How do I make this work?

I started a new job while also in college studying for IT. The job is relatively easy and quiet it's from 12-4pm on weekdays and 9-4 on Friday as I don't have school on Fridays. The problem is the scheduling I don't have a car and live in west Virginia which has no public transportation at all. So I rely on my dad and he works long long shifts and I have to leave with him at 6am and I'm not home till 6pm everyday expect weekends. This has killed my mental health and my dad doesn't understand it. I've struggled to learn to drive just bc I have a strong fear of it. And now I can't study for a driving test because I have no time to begin with. The primary issue is its making me depressed there is no fun coming home and immediately getting ready for bed and having to do it over again the next day. I want to do my own thing. The only way I've come up with a potential end route is just lose out on sleep so I can have more time. But that doesn't work either due to how exaushted I am by the end of the day no matter how much sleep I get. Is this what the adult life is like? Because if so I don't want it.

Any advice?
