Is it time to move on?

I started working at my current company over a year ago. Ever since I was hired, the director has always commented that I don’t have experience. I have worked in the same industry for 4 years now… it seems like there is not a lot of opportunities at this new place since they keep saying that. I had my performance review a few months ago where I asked my manager about moving up to the next level, they told me that it is going to take awhile because that’s how it is at this place. I also asked about additional duties for other areas I am interested in/have experience with and no action has been taken so far. Since the performance review, most of my duties have been given to a coworker who asked if they could learn/be more involved in my area, so I have been training them and…

I had my performance review a few months ago where I asked my manager about moving up to the next level, they told me that it is going to take awhile because that’s how it is at this place. I also asked about additional duties for other areas I am interested in/have experience with and no action has been taken so far.
Since the performance review, most of my duties have been given to a coworker who asked if they could learn/be more involved in my area, so I have been training them and was told I would be training someone else too for other parts of my job as well.
I have since graduated with my masters degree and was also told by the director that I had talents in other areas they would like me for, but wasn’t told what they’d like me be involved with.
Is it time to move on?
