Right now I'm trying to organize to start the process but the company I work for is the type that silences and fires anyone that tries anything related to workers Rights . I'm certain I will get fired and the company will look for some random or made up reason to do it. How do I evidence that I'm forming a union and that's the reason the company is firing me?
