I started working for this company last year and I believe it started without about 40 sick hours for pay. I’ve been a few times and now I believe it’s down to 23.
When I look at my ADP account to show me how many sick/vacation hours I would have in December, only the vacation hours increase. Is this a bug from the ADP app or is my job really not going to give me additional sick hours? I would that it would increase because we are all human and sometimes do get sick, it would suck to use vacation hour for pay/opt in for no pay due to not wanting to use those hours.
