How do we get off the hamster wheel?

I have several autoimmune diseases which make my health quite unpredictable, despite being managed with medication I will always have a level of unpredictability of when I’ll get sick due to my immune system being so compromised. Despite having sick leave, I’m almost all out (for the 2nd year in a row) and my concerns of job security are growing as my managers are once again having several discussions around my ‘attendance’ – none of which I’ve been privy to. I’m so sick of not feeling like I’m able to rest when my body needs it, all because I have to work this crappy job for which I get paid too little. The concept of having to work just to survive just gets beyond frustrating to me, my limited productive hours shouldn’t be for someone else’s gain & benefit!

Sooooo tired, I just continue on the capitalism hamster wheel with everyone else
