I hate how every website tells you to create a account first and than apply. Sometimes I don't get the option for auto fill even if I upload resume. I mean how do people patiently apply so many applications in a day. After the application is completed, are we supposed to call the company to say I've submitted the application? I'm doomed since I have no real life experience besides retail stores.
