So I just started my new job/role 2 weeks back and i just want to hear from you if it was difficult for you when you first started your job? I’m not sure if I’m the odd one out but I’m dying – getting to know my boss’ working style, workload, getting to know new people, learning the process and even a new working environment.
I just had my first townhall today and my social anxiety is at its peak. Trying my best though everyday, but would be open to anyone sharing their experience and some encouragement so it feels less alone 🙁
