I'm an assistant and as patient as I'm trying to be I feel like im decent at taking feedback but it gets to a point where I'm exhausted of hearing constructive criticism with barely any positive feedback. I always finish work as soon as I'm being asked to while checking my work. I'm just not the most creative person when it comes to creating things.
How do you deal with management that doesn't give much positive feedback? Or also is vague when giving instruction then blames you right after? I don't want to end up complaining.
